Prior to joining Searchlight in 2022, Mr. Tighe worked at H.I.G. Capital in London as an Investment Manager. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs in London. Mr. Tighe received a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
